1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and 7 Mile Condominium ("we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our mobile application and landing page.
By accessing the App, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the App and you must discontinue use immediately.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the App and landing page, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the App (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
3. User Representations & Guidelines
By using the App, you represent and warrant that:
- All information you submit for booking a viewing tour or contact request will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
- You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update it if needed.
- You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
- You will not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or violate any applicable local laws through your use of the App.
4. Tour & Viewing Bookings
Our app allows guests to schedule physical property tours and viewings:
- Availability: Bookings are subject to the schedule and availability of our authorized sales representatives.
- Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule a viewing, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance at support@7mile.com or via the contact numbers.
- Access Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule tour requests for security or operational reasons.
5. Prohibited Activities
You may not access or use the App for any purpose other than that for which we make the App available. The App may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically authorized or approved by us.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the App.
